Misuse

Getmooh does not tolerate the following usages of the service:

Abusive or malicious use: defined as unsolicited calling of a number that is not the number of the party requesting the call. On proof of ownership of the number called, Getmooh will provide the details of the account used to setup the call in order to prevent such usage.

Automation: robotic use of the service, including creating accounts or placing calls using any automated system is an abuse of the system and such usage will be monitored and prevented.

Disclaimer of Service

Getmooh provides it's service completely as is without guarantee of any kind. While the system is designed to allocate calling times correctly there is a possibility of your call being "bumped" back a couple of minutes...so don't always expect your call bang on the minute.

Getmooh accept no responsibility for the failure of the service to achieve your desired result. We make the call - getting out of there is your responsibility.

Getmooh accept no responsibility for misuse of the system but will always co-operate vigourously with any relevant authorities to prevent abusive use of the service.

Marketing

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that Getmooh may email you from time to time about additional services offered by Getmooh. You will not recieve any marketing or other materials from any 3rd Party.
